Setting up Your Toshiba TB25 LMP

The Toshiba TB25 LMP is actually quite easy to switch yourself. Before we go and get our hands dirty, you must know a couple of things. First off the TB25 LMP is placed inside of a housing unit prior to installation. I would recommend purchasing it with the housing unit because installation is less complicated and the lamp will last for longer. Next, you want to search for the unit to replace. This is often done quite simply in all reality the majority of you most likely already know where it's found. You need to begin with your search inside the back of the TV. It is perhaps found near the top part rear portion of your television. However , this can be different as some models have it near the bottom so make sure you discover the appropriate one. You will know when you find it since it will have about 4 screws holding it in and will look like it would slide right out.
Now when you find it, as I'm sure you have imagined already, you'll need to remove the screws holding it in and then slide it out. Congrats, you are done already, wasn't that hard was it? Now if you purchased the bulb by itself, you'll need to disassemble the housing unit and put the new bulb inside the old housing, keep on reading I'm going to explain it.
This can be simple enough to do on its own. There should be about 4 more screws that is holding the front and rear together. When the user gets them separated, now comes the straightforward part of simply unscrewing the couple of screws that are holding the bulb in. Then you place your new bulb in the old housing unit then throw it all back together. I know what you happen to be thinking, yes it is that straightforward to do. Need to understand simplicity in something as technical as a rear projection television. Toshiba did a wonderful job with this regard to this aspect.
Now in terms of searching for a TB25 LMP substitution, I highly suggest window shopping on the internet. They are pretty difficult to locate, but its definitely worth looking around instead of just going with the official Toshiba substitution because they're quite overpriced relatively speaking. If you're wanting A replacement ASAP because your most important television is currently out. I still suggest getting a rush delivery in your replacement it should take about a couple of days, so hopefully it won't be too much of a problem waiting that long.

Dan Foote has his own rear projection Television, so he knows the troubles of TB25 LMP for the Toshiba TV.
